To manage the increasing complexity of projects, we have created a digital design department – a dedicated team that uses the latest computer-aided design technologies. A dedicated BIM team is a platform for creating digital design and building information models. When opening this department, we were well aware that future development in design is impossible without full-fledged 3D and information models of buildings coordinated with all sections of the project. A three-dimensional model of a building is, in fact, linked to a database, in which the necessary characteristics are assigned to each element. The peculiarity of this approach is that the object is designed as a whole, change of any of its parameters entails an automatic change of parameters and objects associated with it. BIM technologies allow us to identify and eliminate errors at the earliest stages of design and synchronize engineering parts of the projects with architectural and structural ones.
